Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please note that the return address will be determined and provided by us after your return request has been reviewed and approved. Do not send any products back without first contacting us and receiving the designated return address.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting and receiving authorization for a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom-made products such as special orders or personalized items; and personal care products such as beauty products.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you received. Once the return has been accepted, you may purchase the new item separately.

European Union – 14-day Cooling-off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
